Fixtures 2017

Like a cuddly dormouse awakening from its winter slumbers, thebladescc.org makes a return to life and to your inbox.

The 2017 Fixtures are out, and for your chance to be part of the magic, click HERE and register your availability for this season’s Cricktacular summer.

And as is traditional, we would like you to get your friends, neighbours, cousins, colleagues, postmen, welldiggers, any one you know who fancies a game and knows one end of a cricket bat from the other (not compulsory, this training will be given on arrival) – get them signed up as a Blade (not the Sheffield United version)

Here’s looking forward to a great summer

Golden Envelopes

There’s nothing like the mention of a bhaji buffet to get The Blades out in their droves. Even, shall we say, more part-time players like Tombs and Wikes made a welcome appearance, eager to discover who had won the awards this year, and to make detailed notes as they tried to keep up with the tsunami of stats and figures in the Badger’s traditional Statement and Powerpoint slide presentation.
